Global Leadership Summit 2026
What You’ll Walk Into
Join other leaders from across the Wilmington area at our host site, where the Bridge to Wilmington team is ready to welcome you with the kind of hospitality that makes two days feel like a gift, not a sacrifice.
- Experience world-class teaching from experts at the top of their fields — voices you won’t hear anywhere else in the Cape Fear region this year.
- Experience real community by building relationships with Wilmington-area leaders who get it. No small talk. No posturing. Just people serious about growth.
- Be poured back into. Stop being the one always pouring out. For two days, you are the one being invested in, encouraged, and equipped.

Here’s Our Promise
You will walk into Monday morning a better version of yourself. The people in your life will feel the difference before you even say a word about what you learned.
A better:
- Mother or father
- Son or daughter
- Sister or brother
- Friend, neighbor, teammate
- Boss or employee
- Pastor or leader
This isn’t just a conference. It’s a force multiplier. It’s the swift kick you’ve been quietly waiting for. It’s permission to stop running on empty and start leading from a full tank.
Your Seat Is Waiting.
Two days. One decision. A better you on Monday morning.
